Once a product has been removed from our store premises, it cannot be resold as new.

3. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or store credits for any products or tools after purchase.

We do offer 14 days EXCHANGE ONLY for sealed products in the original box.

In case of a manufacturer defect covered under warranty, repairs or replacements will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms (see Section 4).
4. Warranty

Warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase once activated.

Warranty services (repair or replacement) are provided according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and require proof of purchase.

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, or modification is not covered.

Straight Ahead Hair Tools: All hair tools by Straight Ahead come with a lifetime warranty. To qualify, the item must be returned with its original box, and shipping and restocking fees apply.
5. Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is received.

Products are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified.

Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
